Health Leave. 1. The District may grant, upon request, a Unit Member an unpaid leave of one (1) trimester or more for health reasons. 2. A statement by the Unit Member’s physician to the effect that the Unit Member is entitled to such leave shall be furnished at the District’s request. 3. The Unit Member shall notify the District of his/her intended return date at least four (4) weeks in advance.
