Holding. OVER Any holding over by Tenant after expiration or other termination of the term of this Lease with the written consent of Landlord delivered to Tenant shall not constitute a renewal or extension of the Lease or give Tenant any rights in or to the leased Premises except as expressly provided in this Lease. Any holding over after the expiration or other termination of the term of this Lease, with the consent of Landlord, shall be construed to be a tenancy from month to month, on the same terms and conditions herein specified insofar as applicable except that the monthly Basic Rent shall be increased to an amount equal to one hundred fifty (150%) percent of the monthly Basic Rent required during the last month of the Lease term.
Holding. Once Holding is formed, cause (i) Holding to execute and deliver a guaranty (in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) (the "Holding Guarantee") in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the ratable benefit of the Lenders, guaranteeing the prompt and complete payment by each Borrower when due (whether at the stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) of the Obligations owing by such Borrower and (ii) the delivery to the Administrative Agent of legal opinions from the General Counsel or the Associate
Holding. The Security Agent is not obliged to hold any share certificates or title deed, any Transaction Security Document or other document in connection with any asset over which Security is intended to be created by any Transaction Security Documents in its own possession. The Security Agent may permit the relevant Obligor or any professional adviser of the Security Agent to retain all such title deeds and other documents in its possession.
Holding. Once Holding is formed, cause (i) Holding to execute and deliver a guaranty (in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) (the "Holding Guarantee") in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the ratable benefit of the Lenders, guaranteeing the prompt and complete payment by each Borrower when due (whether at the stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) of the Obligations owing by such Borrower and (ii) the delivery to the Administrative Agent of legal opinions from the General Counsel or the Associate General Counsel of Holding and from New York counsel to Holding reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, which legal opinions shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Holding. Deposited Securities shall be held by the Depositary or the Custodian for the account and to the order of the Depositary or its nominee at such place or places as the Depositary shall determine with the approval of the Issuer.
Holding. Motor Carrier protests the assessment of additional fuel tax. Motor Carrier did not provide sufficient documentation and analysis to show that the additional fuel tax should not be assessed. Therefore, Motor Carrier's protest is respectfully denied. ISSUE
Holding. The Basic Rent payable during any such period of holding over shall be equal to the Basic Rent payable during the period immediately preceding Tenant's holding over increased by one hundred twenty-five percent (125%) of the Monthly Basic Rent. Tenant shall pay all Additional Rent payments as specified within this Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord expressly reserves the right to require Tenant to surrender possession of the Premises upon the expiration of the Term hereof or upon the earlier termination hereof and the right to assert any remedy at law or in equity to evict Tenant and/or collect damages in connection with any such holding over. Tenant shall indemnify, defend and hold Landlord harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, obligations, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees incurred or suffered by Landlord by reason of Tenant's failure to surrender the Premises on the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease in accordance with the provisions of this Lease.
Holding. 2. The Agency shall refund/pay the Recipient the flight ticket in economy class (no additional fees will be refund) for the purpose of the study visit to Slovakia aimed at experience sharing with the company I.D.C. Holding Slovakia. The overall refund for recipient´s travel expenses shall not exceed 400 €. The journey shall be undertaken within the period from 04/10/2016 – 08/10/2016 II
Holding the Borrower and the Required Lenders shall have signed a counterpart hereof (whether the same or different counterparts) and shall have delivered such counterpart to the Administrative Agent;
