HOLIDAY - OVERTIME PAYMENT. All hourly employees shall take holidays on the 20 day of observance unless their work schedule requires otherwise for continuity of services, in which 21 event, they shall receive up to eight (8) hours straight time holiday pay (prorated to reflect their 22 normal workweek), plus time-and-one-half their base hourly rate of pay for any shift that begins on a 1 holiday as a holiday premium.
