Holiday Pay. Members are automatically entitled to eight hours of holiday pay regardless of whether they work on the holiday. Compensation for working on a holiday is in addition to the automatic eight hours of holiday pay at regular rate and shall be computed at the rates prescribed in Section 44.03 of this Article.
