Holiday Payment. (a) i) Full-time nurses shall be paid time and one-half (1½) for work performed on the above holidays and in addition shall be entitled to a day off with pay either before or within thirty (30) days.

(b) If the Employer requires a nurse to work overtime beyond her/his full tour on the holiday, she/he shall be paid two (2) times her/his regular straight time hourly rate for such overtime hours worked.
