Holiday Work Compensation. Employees who are required to work on a holiday shall be paid for such work in addition to the regular pay received for the holiday, at the rate of time and one-half his/her regular rate of pay. 13.5.1 When an employee’s work schedule spans over a two-day period, the workday with the majority of hours falling on an observed holiday will be the one observed as the holiday.
