Holidays and Time Clause Samples
The "Holidays and Time" clause defines how dates and time periods are calculated in relation to holidays and non-business days within the context of the agreement. It typically specifies whether deadlines that fall on weekends or public holidays are extended to the next business day, and may outline which calendar or jurisdiction's holidays are recognized. This clause ensures that parties have a clear understanding of when obligations are due, preventing confusion or disputes over timing that could arise from differing interpretations of holidays and business days.
