Holidays for Part-Time Employees. A. Employees who work at least 1,500 hours in a calendar year shall receive six (6) hours holiday pay for each holiday. B. Employees who work at least 1,250 hours but less than 1,500 hours in a calendar year shall receive five (5) hours holiday pay for each holiday. C. Employees who work at least 1,000 hours but less than 1,250 hours in a calendar year shall receive four (4) hours holiday pay for each holiday.
