Home Office Equipment. You shall be eligible for home office equipment (e.g., computer, fax machine, business line with long distance, and internet access) on an as-needed basis, consistent with Company policy as in effect from time to time.
Home Office Equipment. In this Contract “Home Office Equipment” means only the following if owned by You and typically located at the Covered Property:
Home Office Equipment. The Company shall transfer ownership to the Executive of the laptop computer and the other equipment in his home office that was provided to the Executive by the Company; provided, however, that the Executive shall be responsible for paying any income or other taxes imposed in connection with such transfer.
Home Office Equipment. Sound Transit shall provide CEO such equipment and supplies as may be necessary to equip a home office and be responsible for routine maintenance and operational expenses of such equipment. This equipment, which is, and at all times remains, Sound Transit property, may include, but is not limited to, personal computer, tablet, or laptop, printer, and a mobile phone as authorized by the Chair of the Board. The CEO may be reimbursed for the use of a personal mobile phone in accordance with Sound Transit policy and procedures. Use of agency or personal equipment must be consistent with Sound Transit policies, as currently in effect or hereafter amended at Sound Transit’s discretion. All Sound Transit equipment shall be promptly returned to Sound Transit upon Sound Transit’s request, separation of CEO’s employment and/or expiration of this Agreement.
Home Office Equipment. 28.16 The Employer will provide and replace upon approval of management at no cost to the employee home office equipment where required by the Employer to perform duties of their job, as assigned.

Home Office Equipment. The Company will provide you with a personal computer and a fax machine for business use in your home. Business and entertainment expenses. Subject to the Company's standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to its Officers generally, the Company will reimburse you for, or pay on your behalf, reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by you for business-related purposes, including costs of entertainment and business development. In addition, you shall be entitled to have your spouse accompany you on business trips when the Company deems it necessary and appropriate in light of the particular business purpose of the travel, and the Company shall reimburse you for these expenses as well. Vacation/Holidays. Initially, you will be entitled to 25 days of vacation per year (see Attachment A) plus 4 personal days and 3 floating holidays per year. The Company reserves the right to amend its vacation policy in the future, in which case you will be entitled to the same vacation, personal days and floating holidays as the Chief Executive Officer and/or the President of the Company. Home Office Equipment. Except as set forth on Schedule 1.1.5, all furniture, equipment and other tangible personal property located at Parent's facility at 0000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xx. Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000.
Home Office Equipment. The Company hereby grants Executive an option to purchase from the Company, within 30 days of his Termination Date, any and all office equipment purchased by the Company for Executive's use in his home, the purchase price to be the greater of the then current fair market value of such equipment, and the depreciated value of such equipment as carried on the Company's books.
