Home Phone Calls. Time spent on work-related telephone calls received during the employee’s non-work time and subsequent, related employee-initiated calls will be considered time worked.
Home Phone Calls. During the course of the 1993 negotiations, the parties discussed the issue of telephone calls to employees at home to discuss matters which could appropriately be discussed dur- ing working time. However, the parties recognize that given the nature of the duties per- formed by Guild-represented employees, it is appropriate under certain circumstances to telephone employees at home. As a result of these discussions, the Company agrees to utilize its best efforts to eliminate telephone calls to employees at home during non-working time, except when the circum- stances of the matter to be discussed could not reasonably be delayed until the employee is on working time.
Home Phone Calls. An overtime-eligible employee, will be compensated for all time worked, other than de minimis time, for receiving or responding to work related calls.
