Hours of Work and Annualised Hours Sample Clauses

Hours of Work and Annualised Hours. Security Staff The ordinary hours of work may be less than, but will not exceed seven hours and 15 minutes per day (excluding an unpaid meal break of forty five minutes) and one hundred and forty five hours in any consecutive four weeks. Annualised hours will be for a specified number of ordinary hours within a 12 month period and the time and manner in which ordinary hours will be rostered over this period. The total number of ordinary hours worked plus shift allowances and pro-rata annual leave entitlements are calculated to determine the annual salary. The annual salary is averaged over the 12 month period so that, regardless of the pattern of hours actually worked, the staff member receives regular fortnightly payments throughout the year for the average number of hours.
