HOURS OF WORK, WORK SCHEDULES AND OVERTIME. 9.01 Overtime at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times an employees equivalent hourly rate will be paid for all time worked in excess of seven and one-half (7½) hours in a day, or seventy-five (75) hours in a two (2) week period.
