Housing and Travel Allowance. Executive has affirmed his plan to maintain a residence in the community served by the Company. To defray the costs to Executive of this additional residence, and the cost of occasional commutes between his current home and Company offices, the Company will provide Executive with a Housing and Travel Allowance of $2,000 per month for the duration of his employment under this Agreement. The Company shall also pay Executive a tax gross-up benefit on the Housing and Travel Allowance in an amount such that, after the withholding of all federal and state income and employment taxes with respect to the Housing and Travel Allowance and the tax gross-up benefit, Executive will be in the same after-tax economic position that Executive would have been in had the Housing and Travel Allowance not been subject to such taxes. The Housing and Travel Allowance and tax-gross up benefit for a given month shall be paid to Executive on the first day of such month, or as soon as administratively practicable thereafter, but in no event later than the end of that month.
Housing and Travel Allowance. Effective January 1, 2012, Executive shall no longer be entitled to a monthly Housing and Travel Allowance or tax gross-up thereon.
Housing and Travel Allowance. The Company shall pay, or reimburse the Executive, upon presentation of appropriate documentation, for reasonable costs incurred for temporary housing for a maximum period of one hundred twenty (120) days during the remainder of 2015, in such amounts as approved by the Board. The Company shall reimburse the Executive, upon prompt presentation of appropriate documentation, for reasonable expenses up to $150,000 for relocating his primary residence to the Atlanta, Georgia area, provided that the relocation occurs and the expenses are incurred no later than November 30, 2016 and provided further, that such reimbursements payments shall be made no earlier than January 1, 2016 and no later than December 31, 2016.
Housing and Travel Allowance. The Company will provide Executive with a Housing and Travel Allowance of $4,800 per month (which includes a gross up to defray tax consequences) for the duration of his employment under this agreement.
Housing and Travel Allowance. The Company will provide the Executive with an additional cash allowance of up to $75,000 annually (pro-rated for any partial calendar year) to be applied by the Executive solely towards the rental cost of a personal apartment in the Greater Boston metropolitan region and to transportation expenses for Executive’s regular commuting trips to the Company’s offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in each case solely to the extent such costs or expenses are incurred during the Term of Employment (the “Housing and Travel Allowance”), which will be paid to the Executive on a monthly basis in arrears, subject to presentation by the Executive of such substantiation and documentation as the Company may specify from time to time. To the extent that such Housing and Travel Allowance will constitute taxable income to the Executive for a given calendar year, the Company will also provide the Executive with an additional cash gross-up amount (the “Housing Gross-Up Payment”) equal to the estimated amount of such taxable income (estimated at the highest federal and state tax rates applicable to a person living in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts), which will be paid to the Executive on or before December 31 of such year, regardless of whether Executive is employed through such payment date (but provided that Executive was employed by the Company for at least one day during such year). Annually the President and Chief Executive Officer will review and determine in its sole discretion after good faith consultation with the Executive appropriate adjustments, if any, to the amount of the Housing and Travel Allowance for each subsequent year.
Housing and Travel Allowance. During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay the Executive an amount of $4,000 per month as an allowance for housing costs in Jacksonville, Florida and travel expenses to and from his primary residence in Tennessee.
Housing and Travel Allowance. During the first 12 months of the Term, Company shall provide Executive with a housing and travel allowance in the aggregate amount of $8,000 per month. Such allowance is intended to provide Executive the means to establish a second residence in the Los Angeles, California area near Company headquarters and to travel to and from Executive’s primary residence in the Detroit, Michigan area during such initial 12 month transition period.
Housing and Travel Allowance. During the term of this Agreement, Employer shall provide reimbursement to Executive of up to fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) per year for all reasonable and documented costs associated with Executive’s travel to, and from, his residence, local housing, automobile costs and other costs directly related to Executive’s housing or travel.
Housing and Travel Allowance. The Company shall provide Executive with a Housing and Travel Allowance in the amount of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) per month for the first six (6) months of the Original Term of Employment. The provisions of Section 14(c) shall apply to any payments or reimbursements made under this section 4.6.
Housing and Travel Allowance. The Company will provide the Executive with an allowance of up to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), less applicable withholdings, per month for the first thirty-six (36) months following the Start Date for the Executive’s housing and travel expenses incurred while he is employed with the Company (“Housing and Travel Allowance”). Such Housing and Travel Allowance is being provided for Executive’s travel and housing requirements associated with his need to travel to and from his personal residence in Austin, Texas to the Company’s Palo Alto offices. Executive must provide substantiation of expenses to the Company within thirty (30) days following the date the expense is incurred, and the Company will pay or otherwise reimburse Executive no later than thirty (30) days following the date the substantiation is provided to the Company. All amounts payable under this paragraph will be grossed up for applicable taxes subject to the terms of the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.
