Housing Stabilization. 10.2.1 Provide housing stabilization services that are safe, sustainable, promote community integration, and allows Client to age in place in the least restrictive setting consistent with Xxxxxxxx principles. 10.2.2 Provide housing stabilization services to Client based on their own unique needs. 10.2.3 Provide assistance to Client at risk of becoming homeless to stabilize their current housing situation and avoid homelessness. 10.2.4 Provide housing stabilization services including, but not limited to, the following: Linkages to legal aid services, housing authorities, food pantries, and meal delivery services. Eviction prevention, rental applications, tenant advocacy, and ongoing landlord engagement. Tenant education. Credit repair. Cleaning services including deep cleaning and hoarding assistance. Home repairs and modifications to ensure Clients are able to safely remain in their homes. Transportation assistance (e.g., Vouchers, bus passes, etc.) to landlord meetings and other services as needed to stabilize Client’s housing. 10.2.5 Collaborate with APS staff to identify housing solutions and stabilization services. 10.2.6 Monitor Clients’ housing stability and be available to resolve issues or conflicts that may lead to tenancy problems, such as disputes with landlords or neighbors, while also helping Clients develop and employ skills they will use to retain housing once they exit services. 10.2.7 Refer Clients to, and work in close coordination with, long term housing supports, as needed, through the local CoC to promote housing stability.
Housing Stabilization. 7.4.1 Provide housing stabilization services for up to one (1) year from the date financial assistance is expended to ensure, once housed, the Family’s housing is safe, sustainable, and supports the safety and well-being of children.

Provide case management to participants at least two times per month to ensure 13 long-term housing stability for twelve months. 14 iii. Establish a housing stabilization plan, which is unique to each Participant needs 15 and determines the level of case management and supportive services received. 16 iv. Assist Participants with counseling, including owner-tenant mediation, legal 17 services, credit repair and housing counseling. 18 v. Assist Participants with developing, securing and coordinating services to obtain 19 Federal, State and local mainstream supportive benefits. 20 vi. Assist Participants in developing a budget to understand what resources are needed 21 to maintain housing stability. 22 vii. Provide information and referrals to other providers as needed, and follow-up with 23 client on referrals and linkages related to physical health and behavioral health services. 24 viii. CONTRACTOR will work with Participant to make a reasonable effort to re- 25 locate to another rental unit, if housing stability is in jeopardy. The PROGRAM will cover additional 26 costs related to housing relocation services and/or subsequent rental holding fees and rental deposit fees 27 with the funding included in this CONTRACT. The primary goal of the PROGRAM will be to ensure 28 Participants retain federal housing choice voucher and do not return to homelessness.

  • No Price Stabilization Neither the Company, its Subsidiaries nor any of the Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ officers, directors or affiliates has taken or will take, directly or indirectly, any action designed or intended to stabilize or manipulate the price of any security of the Company, or which caused or resulted in, or which would in the future reasonably be expected to cause or result in, stabilization or manipulation of the price of any security of the Company.

  • No Stabilization The Company has not taken, directly or indirectly, any action designed to or that could reasonably be expected to cause or result in any stabilization or manipulation of the price of the Shares.

  • Market Stabilization In connection with the distribution of the Offered Shares, the Underwriters (or any of them) may effect transactions which stabilize or maintain the market price of the Common Shares at levels other than those which might otherwise prevail in the open market, but in each case as permitted by Applicable Securities Laws.   • Stabilization and Manipulation Neither the Adviser, the Administrator nor any of their respective partners, officers, affiliates or controlling persons has taken, directly or indirectly, any action designed, under the 1934 Act, to result in the stabilization or manipulation of the price of any security of the Company to facilitate the sale of the Securities in violation of any law, statute, regulation or rule applicable to the Adviser, the Administrator or any of their respective partners, officers, affiliates or controlling persons.
