Hurricane Evacuation Plan. I understand that I or my emergency contact will have 24 hours to pick up my pet(s) from the time a hurricane watch is issued within our regional area. I further understand that if I or my emergency contact is unavailable to pick up my pet during this allotted timeframe, Moonshadow Pet Resort will resolve my pet(s) emergency evacuation at its sole discretion. In addition to my daily boarding rates, a one-time fee of $500.00 will apply for the evacuation of each of my pet(s) to help cover the necessary time and resources associated with my pet(s) evacuation.

Hurricane Evacuation Plan. Concessionaire agrees that any and all Equipment not permanently affixed or designed to withstand hurricane conditions, must be removed within twelve (12) hours from the issuance of a Hurricane Warning by the Miami- Dade County Office of Emergency Management, and stored at a private, off-site storage facility. Concessionaire shall begin to restock the fleet into the Concession Areas only upon receiving verbal or written notice to do so from the City Manager or his designee, and said restocking shall be completed within five (5) business days.
Hurricane Evacuation Plan. Concessionaire agrees that fifty percent (50 %) of all its storage and dispensing facilities, Beach Equipment, Watersports Equipment, and any other equipment and facilities used in the concession operations will be removed from the beachfront immediately within eight (8) hours of the issuance of a Hurricane Watch by the Miami -Dade County Office of Emergency Management, and stored at an approved, private, off -site location, and the remaining fifty percent (50 %) of the above - referenced facilities and equipment will be removed from the beachfront immediately within eight (8) hours of the issuance of a Hurricane Warning by the Miami -Dade County Office of Emergency Management, and stored at an approved, private, off -site location.   • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.

  • BELLSOUTH OUTAGE Because BellSouth's equipment has varying degrees of impact on the service provided to the CLECs, restoring service from damaged BellSouth equipment is different. The outage will probably impact a number of Carriers simultaneously. However, the ECC will be able to initiate immediate actions to correct the problem. A disaster involving any of BellSouth's equipment locations could impact the CLECs, some more than others. A disaster at a Central Office (CO) would only impact the delivery of traffic to and from that one location, but the incident could affect many Carriers. If the Central Office is a Serving Wire Center (SWC), then traffic from the entire area to those Carriers served from that switch would also be impacted. If the switch functions as an Access Tandem, or there is a tandem in the building, traffic from every CO to every CLEC could be interrupted. A disaster that destroys a facility hub could disrupt various traffic flows, even though the switching equipment may be unaffected. The NMC would be the first group to observe a problem involving BellSouth's equipment. Shortly after a disaster, the NMC will begin applying controls and finding re-routes for the completion of as much traffic as possible. These reroutes may involve delivering traffic to alternate Carriers upon receiving approval from the CLECs involved. In some cases, changes in translations will be required. If the outage is caused by the destruction of equipment, then the ECC will assume control of the restoration.

  • Industrial Accident Leave 5.8.1 Unit Members will be entitled to industrial accident leave according to the provision in Education Code Section 87787 for personal injury which has qualified for Worker's Compensation under the provisions of the State Compensation Insurance Fund.

  • State Employee Group Insurance Program (SEGIP) During the life of this Agreement, the Employer agrees to offer a Group Insurance Program that includes health, dental, life, and disability coverages equivalent to existing coverages, subject to the provisions of this Article. All insurance eligible employees will be provided with a Summary Plan Description (SPD) called “Your Employee Benefits”. Such SPD shall be provided no less than biennially and prior to the beginning of the insurance year. New insurance eligible employees shall receive a SPD within thirty (30) days of their date of eligibility.
