Identification and Uniforms. Service Providers shall provide all their staff with identification cards, with their name, photo, and identification number and require them to carry the said identification cards at all times for monitoring purposes. When requested to do so by the Council’s representative the Service Provider shall submit their staff identification cards for inspection. Service Providers shall provide a readily recognizable, level two type (minimum) bright/fluorescent orange, red-orange or yellow in colour with retro-reflective strips (as indicated in Chapter 13 of Volume 2 of the South African Road Traffic Signs Manual SARTSM) bibs with the Service Providers name and telephone number clearly displayed to all its workers, to be worn at all times when performing works for this contract, so that they can be readily observed and their performance monitored. Bibs shall be replenished as they become worn or damaged, and on at least a semi-annual basis.

Identification and Uniforms. The Contractor’s work force shall be neat and clean in appearance and shall wear a uniform with the Contractor’s name and/or logo permanently affixed to it. Uniforms shall consist of shirt and full-length pants, and be mutually agreed to by the Contractor and District. Closed-toe and heeled shoes shall be worn for proper safety of tasks being performed. Employees shall wear an identification badge with the employee’s picture, name and company name on the face of the badge. The badge must be worn in plain sight, above the waist at all times while the employee is on District property. This requirement includes all remote locations. The Contractor’s employees are required to provide proper identification when requested by District or security personnel. Any employee that does not comply with this requirement shall be required to leave District facilities. There is no exception to this requirement, which is to ensure only authorized Contractor employees are in District facilities. It is also desirable that vehicles used by the Contractor’s employees be identifiable. This could be accomplished by temporary fixation of signage on the dashboard indicating the Contractor’s name, or other method mutually agreed upon by Contractor and District.

  • Identification Badges Identification badges will be supplied by Advanced Behavioral Health (ABH) to all credentialed individuals who are providing services to children. Badges must be presented to the child/youth and any present adults at the time of service and must be worn for the duration of the service. Badges will be updated every two years during the re- credentialing process. Any individual or agency who fails to submit a photo ID to ABH within the designated timeframe will have their credentialing status terminated.

  • Identification When performing work on District property, Contractor shall be in appropriate work attire (or uniform, if applicable) at all times. If Contractor does not have a specific uniform, then Contractor shall provide identification tags and/or any other mechanism the District in its sole discretion determines is required to easily identify Contractor. Contractor and its employees shall (i) display on their clothes the above-mentioned identifying information and (ii) carry photo identification and present it to any District personnel upon request. If Contractor cannot produce such identification or if the identification is unacceptable to District, District may provide at its sole discretion, District-produced identification tags to Contractor, costs to be borne by Contractor.
