Identification of Units. The Department shall identify appropriate designated units in the various divisions, based on staffing needs, as potential areas for crosstraining of permanent staff for floating. The Department may develop appropriate crosstraining programs to meet the staffing needs of those units.

Identification of Units. The condominium property consists essentially of 299 units in all, and each unit has been given an identifying number and is delineated on the recorded plat which is incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit “A” and made a part of this Master Deed. The plat also contains a survey of the land, a plot plan and delineation and description of the common elements in sufficient detail to identify the location, dimensions and size of the same. Until each lot or parcel subject to private ownership has been prepared for occupancy and sold by the Developer, or has been rented by the Developer one time, that said lot or parcel shall not be deemed to be subject to any assessment by the Association; However, the happening of any of the above conditions automatically creates the right of the Association to subject the lot to assessment, without more.

There shall pass with a Unit as appurtenances thereto: (a) an undivided share in the Common Elements and Common Surplus; (b) the exclusive right to use such portion of the Common Elements as may be provided in this Declaration, including, without limitation, the right to transfer such right to other Units or Unit Owners; (c) an exclusive easement for the use of the airspace occupied by the Unit as it exists at any particular time and as the Unit may lawfully be altered or reconstructed from time to time, provided that an easement in airspace which is vacated shall be terminated automatically; (d) membership in the Association with the full voting rights appurtenant thereto; and (e) other appurtenances as may be provided by this Declaration.

Identification of Units. The Company will, to the extent possible, distribute (and be deemed to distribute) to the Member the same property (if any) that was contributed (or deemed contributed) by the Member to the Company in complete redemption of the Member’s Owned Interests; provided, however, no party is providing any covenant, representation or guarantee with respect to such treatment. Each of the parties hereto, to the extent advised by their accountants, will prepare and file all tax returns in a manner consistent with such treatment, unless otherwise required by law.

  • Identification When performing work on District property, Contractor shall be in appropriate work attire (or uniform, if applicable) at all times. If Contractor does not have a specific uniform, then Contractor shall provide identification tags and/or any other mechanism the District in its sole discretion determines is required to easily identify Contractor. Contractor and its employees shall (i) display on their clothes the above-mentioned identifying information and (ii) carry photo identification and present it to any District personnel upon request. If Contractor cannot produce such identification or if the identification is unacceptable to District, District may provide at its sole discretion, District-produced identification tags to Contractor, costs to be borne by Contractor.
