Identification of Units. 560. The Department shall identify appropriate designated units in the various divisions, based on staffing needs, as potential areas for crosstraining of permanent staff for floating. The Department may develop appropriate crosstraining programs to meet the staffing needs of those units.

Identification of Units. The condominium property consists essentially of 299 units in all, and each unit has been given an identifying number and is delineated on the recorded plat which is incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit “A” and made a part of this Master Deed. The plat also contains a survey of the land, a plot plan and delineation and description of the common elements in sufficient detail to identify the location, dimensions and size of the same. Until each lot or parcel subject to private ownership has been prepared for occupancy and sold by the Developer, or has been rented by the Developer one time, that said lot or parcel shall not be deemed to be subject to any assessment by the Association; 858 However, the happening of any of the above conditions automatically creates the right of the Association to subject the lot to assessment, without more.
Identification of Units. The Land has constructed thereon one (1) building containing three hundred ten (310) Units, including three hundred nine (309) Residential Units and one (1) Hotel Unit.   • Identification When performing work on District property, Contractor shall be in appropriate work attire (or uniform, if applicable) at all times. If Contractor does not have a specific uniform, then Contractor shall provide identification tags and/or any other mechanism the District in its sole discretion determines is required to easily identify Contractor. Contractor and its employees shall (i) display on their clothes the above-mentioned identifying information and (ii) carry photo identification and present it to any District personnel upon request. If Contractor cannot produce such identification or if the identification is unacceptable to District, District may provide at its sole discretion, District-produced identification tags to Contractor, costs to be borne by Contractor.
