Identifying Goals and Performance Indicators. The School and the Authorizer agree that the School’s operation under the Agreement shall be measured by the School performance indicators set forth in this Agreement including academic outcomes for individual students and for the School as a whole, and standards for governance, financial management, and School operation. Academic outcomes will be assessed using multiple indicators as defined in the School’s Performance Framework. The School will measure the students’ academic levels of performance and the School will provide the Authorizer this information as baseline data for the purpose of defining academic and nonacademic outcomes to measure School performance as described in the Agreement. Program goals must meet requirements for teacher evaluation and peer review and address staff development efforts, student attendance, student retention, and graduation rates (in the high schools). The School program and specific academic and nonacademic outcomes that pupils must achieve will be clearly defined by the Performance Indicators in the School's Performance Framework and Implementation Guide and will be used as the basis for contract renewal decisions.

Identifying Goals and Performance Indicators. The School and the Sponsor agree to the goals and measurable performance indicators for the Program model and Mission of the School; Governance; Student and School performance; Financial Management; and, Operation of the School, as set forth in Attachment No. 3 “Performance Indicators for FY ” (Note: this Attachment is only for the planning year without students) and Attachment No. 4 “School and Student Goals and Performance Indicators for FY - FY (Note: this is for the years the school has students) which also specifies the performance levels necessary in order for this Agreement to be renewed. As provided for in Attachment No. 4, the academic outcomes will be assessed using multiple indicators including a nationally normed reference test or other professionally recognized measurement systems, state tests required of all students, and other methods provided for in this Agreement.

The School will measure the students’ academic levels of performance when they enter the school and the School will provide the Authorizer this information as baseline data. Program goals must address staff development efforts, student attendance, student retention, and graduation rates (in the high schools). The School program and specific academic and nonacademic outcomes that pupils must achieve will align to the Program Model Performance Indicators and the School-wide Educational Performance Indicators as described in the NEO Oversight, Evaluation, Intervention and Renewal Plan for Operating Schools.

  • COMPLIANCE AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION Two (2) Mandatory Compliance and Performance Evaluation Meetings shall be conducted during each Term of this Agreement. Additional meetings may be scheduled at the discretion of Department to ensure Concessionaire’s effectiveness and compliance. The meetings shall review all aspects of the Concession Operation, ensuring that quality public services are being provided on a continuing basis in accordance with the Bid Specifications and this Agreement, that operational problems/concerns are addressed on a timely basis, and that all terms and conditions are clearly understood. The meetings shall be held on site with Department-designated State Park Service staff representative(s), the on-site concession manager, and a management/supervisory representative of Concessionaire’s firm. A report form shall be utilized to document the meeting, and to identify any deficiencies and the corrective action required. A copy of the completed report form shall be provided to the on- site concession manager or the management/supervisory representative of Concessionaire’s firm and shall be attached to and made a part of this Agreement. The Mandatory Compliance and Performance Evaluation Meetings shall be held as follows: • Meeting #1 - Prior to commencement of the Period of Operation or Memorial Day, whichever comes first. • Meeting #2 - Within ten (10) calendar days after the last approved day of the Period of Operation.

  • Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. The completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) will be used by the Department as a performance-reporting tool to measure the performance of Contractors. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MyFloridaMarketPlace or on the Department's website).

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Licensor Performance Obligations 1. The Licensor will use reasonable efforts to ensure that its performance will meet or exceed industry standards and practices. Additionally, the Licensor agrees to the following performance standards.

  • Registry Performance Specifications Registry Performance Specifications for operation of the TLD will be as set forth in Specification 10 attached hereto (“Specification 10”). Registry Operator shall comply with such Performance Specifications and, for a period of at least one (1) year, shall keep technical and operational records sufficient to evidence compliance with such specifications for each calendar year during the Term.

  • Contractor Performance Evaluations The Contract Administrator will evaluate Contractor’s performance as often as the Contract Administrator deems necessary throughout the term of the contract. This evaluation will be based on criteria including the quality of goods or services, the timeliness of performance, and adherence to applicable laws, including prevailing wage and living wage. City will provide Contractors who receive an unsatisfactory rating with a copy of the evaluation and an opportunity to respond. City may consider final evaluations, including Contractor’s response, in evaluating future proposals and bids for contract award.
