Common use of Illness - Immediate Family Clause in Contracts

Illness - Immediate Family. This covers an absence from duty of a teacher due to severe illness in the teacher's immediate family of up to, but not exceeding five (5) school days on any one occasion. When used herein, immediate family shall include only father, mother, husband, wife, son, daughter, legal guardian, sister, brother, father-in-law, mother-in-law.
