Progression through the Salary Scale. An employee shall progress from his/her starting rate to the next step on the salary schedule after the completion of one (1) year of work. Further progression shall occur on the completion of each one (1) year of work. For part-time employees, progression shall occur on the completion of each sixteen hundred (1,600) hours worked.
