Common use of Illness - Immediate Family Clause in Contracts

Illness - Immediate Family. A Full-Time employee may be granted Leave of Absence of up to fourteen (14) hours per year with pay and a Part-Time employee may be granted up to eight (8) hours per year with pay, due to an illness in his/her family. Payment shall be subject to the approval of the Chief Executive Officer or designate.
