Illness in Family Leave. In case of illness, serious enough to reasonably believe that a member of the immediate family may not survive, an employee may be granted up to three (3) days leave with pay to visit the place of residence of the immediate family member. Immediate family shall be as set out in Article 18. 1. This leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.
