Common use of Illness While on Vacation Clause in Contracts

Illness While on Vacation. When an employee becomes ill or is injured or quarantined while on vacation, the period of such illness, injury, or quarantine may be charged to sick leave if the employee submits a written certification from a medical doctor or other recognized practitioner confirming his illness, injury, or quarantine as specified in the Sick Leave Article of this Contract.
