In January and July of every calendar year, the Employer shall post the full seniority list showing the seniority of each employee. The Union shall be emailed a separate seniority list in Excel format that contains the following information: start date, seniority date, classification, department (if applicable), rate of pay, FT/PT status, employee number, mailing address, email address, telephone number and S.I.N. of all bargaining unit employees including those on leave (including the type of leave).
In January and July the Employer shall provide the Union with a seniority list of all current full-time and all part-time employees covered under the terms of this Collective Agreement. The list shall be posted by the Employer. This list is provided for information purposes only and will not prejudice the rights of the parties.

The Union shall be emailed a separate report in Excel format that contains the following information: start date, , classification, department (if applicable), rate of pay, FT/PT status, employee number, mailing address and S.I.N. of all bargaining unit employees including those on leave (including the type of leave). The Employer shall also send to the Union in an electronic format phone numbers and email addresses of those employees that are stored in the Employer’s payroll system. The Union shall hold harmless the Employer from any and all claims that may arise out of the Employer’s compliance with this Article. Should the Employer not comply with this process the Union can still refer to the Grievance Process as outlined in Article 24.
