Incentive Leave. Employees who have served in the Pasco School District for fifteen (15) or more years, shall receive an additional day of leave. This day will be allocated at the start of the school year following completion of fifteen (15) years of service.

An additional day will be granted at the start of the school year following the completion of twenty-five (25) years of service.
