Indefinite Leave. i) Permanent employees may, for valid reasons, be granted indefinite leave of absence without pay upon the recommendation of the Manager or Administrator and with the approval of the Board. ii) Such indefinite leave of absence shall be subject to review at the end of each completed year. iii) Employees on indefinite leave of absence shall be required to apply for extensions annually giving proof that original conditions, under which the leave was granted, still prevail.
