INDIRECT EMPLOYMENT. 45.1 Indirectly employed casual or non-permanent labour working in the warehouse, honey receivals and processing, production line quality control, drum yard, plastic manufacturing or the packing room will be employed on the same terms and conditions as directly employed Employees of the Employer, including the payment of the rates specified in Schedule 2 of this Agreement.

The decision of the Employer/University Administration not to approve a proposal for a post-retirement appointment shall not be grievable under the Grievance and Arbitration Procedure, Article 7.

  • Outside Employment Employees may engage in other employment outside of their State working hours so long as the outside employment does not involve a conflict of interest with their State employment.
