Infiltration and Inflow. 10.1 Sachse agrees that it has an obligation to minimize infiltration and inflow into its System from entering the Garland System. Sachse further agrees that all sewer connections within its jurisdiction which ultimately enter into the Garland System will be constructed in accordance with specifications and standards at least equal to those of the City of Garland technical specifications and construction standards. Further, Sachse covenants and agrees to maintain strict supervision and maintenance of its System to prevent connections through which surface drainage can enter Sachse’s System, in order to prevent such drainage from ultimately being deposited into the Garland System. The parties acknowledge that no sanitary sewer system is watertight and that the prevention of infiltration and inflow imposed by this section is constrained by reasonableness and industry standards. Sachse shall not make, nor shall it permit to be made, any connection which will directly contribute storm water run-off from rainwater spouts, rainwater areas, streets, gutter drain or other source into its sanitary sewer system.

Infiltration and Inflow. 5.1 The Municipalities acknowledge that they will be responsible to abide by any Provincial legislation and enforce any applicable municipal By-laws for the control or reduction of infiltration and inflow into their wastewater collection systems, if feasible, to reduce any negative impacts on the Commission’s system. Infiltration and inflow issues with respect to the whole of the Municipalities wastewater systems shall be the responsibility of the Municipality. There should be no significant infiltration/inflow volumes that negatively impact the capacity and/or operation of the Commission’s Collector System.
Infiltration and Inflow. The KLWTD Agreement requires that the Village and all Customers of the Wastewater System reduce infiltration and inflow and comply with all applicable local, state and federal ordinances, laws, and regulations regarding infiltration, inflow and inflow correction and reduction. Infiltration of material amounts of fresh and/or saltwater into the Wastewater System may reduce the capacity of the Wastewater System and may impact KLWTD’s ability to treat and dispose of Wastewater. Any Customer of the Wastewater System shall not discharge Wastewater which violates the KLWTD Agreement and/or exceeds a salinity of 2 parts per thousand (ppt) at a location just upstream of the Point of Service into the Wastewater System.
Infiltration and Inflow. Parties will continue to cooperate with all applicable agencies and in good faith attempt to eliminate infiltration and inflow presently existing in their respective systems.
Infiltration and Inflow. A. The parties hereto agree that remediation of infiltration and inflow (I/I) is a priority for the serviced communities. Therefore, the purposes of controlling and remedying I/I, the Customer Community agrees, by adoption or ordinances and employment of suitable methods or such other actions as are necessary, to effectively exclude extraneous I/I to its sanitary sewer system, including but not limited to storm water runoff from roofs, xxxxx, rainspouts, yards, lawns, foundation drains, parking lots, streets, alleys and the like.

Upon the request of the MLS, an officer of the Receiving Party will certify in writing that all materials have been returned to the MLS and all magnetic or computer data has been destroyed.

  • RECORD RETENTION AND INSPECTION/AUDIT SETTLEMENT The Contractor shall maintain accurate and complete financial records of its activities and operations relating to this Contract in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The Contractor shall also maintain accurate and complete employment and other records relating to its performance of this Contract. The Contractor agrees that the County, or its authorized representatives, shall have access to and the right to examine, audit, excerpt, copy, or transcribe any pertinent transaction, activity, or record relating to this Contract. All such material, including, but not limited to, all financial records, bank statements, cancelled checks or other proof of payment, timecards, sign-in/sign-out sheets and other time and employment records, and proprietary data and information, shall be kept and maintained by the Contractor and shall be made available to the County during the term of this Contract and for a period of five (5) years thereafter unless the County’s written permission is given to dispose of any such material prior to such time. All such material shall be maintained by the Contractor at a location in Los Angeles County, provided that if any such material is located outside Los Angeles County, then, at the County’s option, the Contractor shall pay the County for travel, per diem, and other costs incurred by the County to examine, audit, excerpt, copy, or transcribe such material at such other location.

  • Orientation and In-Service Program The Hospital recognizes the need for a Hospital Orientation Program of such duration as it may deem appropriate taking into consideration the needs of the Hospital and the nurses involved.

  • Monitoring and Inspection The Interconnected Transmission Owner may monitor construction and installation of Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer is constructing. Upon reasonable notice, authorized personnel of the Interconnected Transmission Owner may inspect any or all of such Interconnection Facilities to assess their conformity with Applicable Standards.

  • Record Retention and Inspection Organization shall retain financial, programmatic, client data and other service records for three (3) years from the date of the end of the Agreement award or for three (3) years from the date of termination, whichever is later. Authorized representatives of City, the state and/or federal government may inspect and/or audit Organization’s performance, place of business and/or records pertaining to this Agreement.
