Initial Meetings. Representatives of 1st NET and NETSOL shall meet as often as possible for 1st NET to understand NETSOL'S business, marketing processes and objectives with respect to the NETSOL Web Site and e-commerce, and to develop a realistic time table for design, development, marketing and installation of the Web Site.
Initial Meetings. Representatives of CII and OSWE shall meet to understand OSWE's business and marketing objectives with respect to the OSWE Web Site, and to develop a proof of the OSWE Web Site within thirty (30) days of OSWE's execution of this Agreement. OSWE shall perform all acts necessary to enable CII to deliver the OSWE Web Site within thirty (30) days of OSWE's execution of this Agreement.
Initial Meetings. (a) In the first instance each of the parties shall arrange for a senior representative being a member of that party’s board of directors or an executive officer or equivalent to meet solely in order to resolve the matter in dispute. Such meeting(s) shall be minuted and shall be chaired by the party calling for the meeting (but the chairman shall not have a casting vote).

Representatives of 1st NET and NO FEAR shall meet as often as reasonably necessary for 1st NET to understand NO FEAR's business, marketing processes and objectives with respect to the NO FEAR Web Site and e-commerce, and to develop a realistic time table for design, development and installation of the NO FEAR Web Site.

Representatives of CII and PGPG shall meet to understand PGPG's business and marketing objectives with respect to the PGPG Web Site, and to develop a proof of the PGPG Web Site within thirty (30) days of PGPG's execution of this Agreement. PGPG shall perform all acts necessary to enable CII to deliver the PGPG Web Site on time. In the event that PGPG does not respond in a timely manner, CII reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and refund any consideration paid by PGPG in excess of the value of services rendered.
Initial Meetings. We will meet with you and key administrative stakeholders to discuss the study process, key issues to be addressed, and goals for the study. We will also convene a meeting with the project steering committee to explore the issues from their point of view.
Initial Meetings. The ALMC will jointly attend a training on Labor Management Committees 19 from the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS), then jointly create a decision 20 making process and ground rules for the ALMC.
