INJURED EMPLOYEE - TRANSPORTATION. Employees injured on the job will be provided free transportation by the Company to and from a doctor's office, or a hospital and will be accompanied by a qualified person with First Aid training, if available on the Company premises. Employees requiring transportation home from a doctor's office or hospital following initial treatment shall be reimbursed for costs of such transportation.
INJURED EMPLOYEE - TRANSPORTATION. The Employer will provide and pay for the immediate conveyance and transportation of an injured worker to the location of initial medical treatment of a work-related illness or injury.
