Common use of INJURY LEAVE WITH PAY Clause in Contracts

INJURY LEAVE WITH PAY. A. All members upon approval by the Employer, which request shall not be unreasonably denied, may be granted injury leave with pay not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) calendar days for each service connected injury, provided such injury is reported to the member’s immediate supervisor not more than twenty-four (24) hours from the date such injury occurs. Injury leave shall not be granted to any member who tests positive on a post-accident drug screening.

INJURY LEAVE WITH PAY. A. All members upon approval by the Employer, which request shall not be unreasonably denied, may be granted injury leave with pay not to exceed one hundred eighty ninety (18090) calendar days for forty-hour members and one hundred twenty (120) calendar days for fifty-six hour members for each service connected injury, provided such injury is reported to the member’s immediate supervisor not more than twenty-four (24) hours from the date such injury occurs. Injury leave shall not be granted to any member who tests positive on a post-post- accident drug screening.
