TCC will invoice the School Board for financial obligations within 21 business days of TCC’s Census date which is normally after the 5th day of class each semester. A second invoice may be generated for all students who enroll in an express session if that student is not included in the main session invoice. The school district is responsible for any student who fails to withdraw after the add/drop period. Before invoicing, each district will need to verify enrollment. Once verification has occurred, there will be no changes to the invoices.
