Instructional Costs Sample Clauses

The Instructional Costs clause defines which party is responsible for covering expenses related to teaching, training, or educational activities under the agreement. It typically outlines what types of costs are included, such as materials, instructor fees, facility usage, or technology required for instruction, and may specify reimbursement procedures or payment schedules. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of financial obligations regarding instructional services, thereby preventing disputes over who bears these costs.
