Instructional Program Manager. Instructional Program Managers are defined as having responsibility for the implementation of a program curriculum and for performing significant tasks falling outside of the scope of the primary duties described/listed for the position(s). Program Managers shall have no supervisory responsibilities with regard to other full-time faculty.

Instructional Program Manager. Instructional Program Managers are defined as having responsibility for the implementation of the curriculum and/or for performing related duties for one or more instructional programs. For each hour of duty per week during the Fall or Spring semesters, Instructional Program Managers will receive either ten (10) points of release time for the term, ten (10) points of compensation paid at the overload rate, or a combination thereof, as determined by mutual agreement with their supervising Xxxx. A Faculty member serving as an Instructional Program Manager for Fall or Spring semester shall not receive more than the equivalent of sixty (60) overload points, of which no more than thirty (30) points may be taken as paid compensation. Release time will be applied to the faculty member’s contractual load obligation. Instructional Program Managers on a Faculty College Year Contract will receive the same paid compensation and release for the Summer Term. If they only complete their duties for a portion of the Summer Term due to the needs of the program or their availability, the faculty member’s compensation will be prorated.
Instructional Program Manager a. Tier One – Thirty (30) release points per Fall and Spring Terms plus $2,100 per Fall and Spring Terms. Program Managers who perform their duties during the summer term will be compensated $2,100 for the Summer Term. If they are available to complete their duties for a portion of the Summer Term, the compensation will be prorated.
Instructional Program Manager. Tier One – Thirty (30) release points per Fall and Spring Terms plus $2,100 per Fall and Spring Terms and $1,050 per seven-week Summer Session (or $2,100 if Summer Sessions are combined into a single fourteen (14) week term. If the session is more than seven (7) weeks but less than fourteen (14) weeks, the $2,100 will be prorated. Tier Two – Tier Two Program Managers are defined as having responsibility for more than ninety (90) sections (equivalent to at least a minimum of 2,400 load points) per Fall or Spring semester or equal to or more than 20 adjunct faculty per Fall or Spring semester. Tier Two Program Managers shall be compensated as Tier One plus an additional thirty (30) points release time per Fall or Spring semester. At the discretion of the Xxxx if two seven (7) week terms are taught during the summer, a second summer session contract of seven (7) weeks may be offered to the Program Manager.

In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager.
