Instructor Tools. Instructors and facilitators have access rights within the system to several valuable instructor tools. Through the section roster they can print sign-in sheets and name tents, take attendance, mark grades, and email some or all learning activity participants. The system supports tracking attendance over a period of time; for example, a class may run every Tuesday and Thursday from March 1 to May 1 and the instructor can track attendance for the days that the class actually meets. Rights can also be set to allow instructors to add students to the roster. Additional instructor/facilitator tools are available for online courses and professional learning communities.

  • Instructors 7.1 All instructors teaching Xxxxxx College courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement must meet the minimum qualifications for instruction in a California community college as set forth in Title 5 California Code of Regulations, Sections 53410 and 58060 or as amended, and be hired by the CLPCCD.
