Insurance Compliance Sample Clauses

Insurance Compliance. Exhibitors are solely responsible for insuring their show inventory. Xxxxxxx Tradeshow Company and JCK do not provide insurance coverage. The safe program has been reviewed and approved by most jewelry insurance companies. Each of the rental safe options fall into one of two distinct security levels with different insurance coverage limits:
Insurance ComplianceTenant will not do or omit to do or keep anything in, upon or about the Premises which may prevent the obtaining of any fire, liability or other insurance upon or written in connection with the Premises, the Building or the Property, or which may make any such insurance void or voidable, or which may create any extra premiums or increase the rate of any such insurance over that normally applicable to office buildings, unless the Tenant pays such extra or increased premiums.
Insurance ComplianceThe Products, when they are made available to the Broker-Dealer for offer and sale, will be in compliance with applicable state insurance laws.
Insurance Compliance. 12.1.1 Service Provider shall maintain, and require its Subcontractors to maintain, insurance on their respective businesses and properties at all times, during the Term of this MSA as provided herein (including, without limitation, insurance for insurable Force Majeure Conditions, fire, and other hazards and insurance against liability on account of damage to persons, property, or financial loss and insurance under all applicable worker’s compensation and employer’s liability Laws). Service Provider and ALU agree to discuss additional insurance limits and coverages should future circumstances so require. 12.1.2 Insurance companies providing coverage during the Term of this MSA must be rated by AM Best with at least an A-VII rating, in such amounts and with such limits and deductibles usually carried by persons engaged in the same or similar business, but in any case, shall comply with the minimum insurance requirements detailed in this section. 12.1.3 Service Provider shall be responsible for the payment of any deductible applicable under the insurance policies as required under this Section. 12.1.4 ALU shall be named as Additional Insured on the Liability insurance policies for loss or damage in any way arising out of the Services under the terms of this MSA. All general liability and excess liability insurance outlined below should be primary and non-contributory and is required to respond and pay prior to any insurance or self-insurance available. Liability coverage should include severability of interests. Any other coverage available shall apply on an excess basis. Insurance Compliance. Furnish the Lessor with such evidence of compliance with the insurance provisions of Section 10 hereof with respect to such Replacement Engine as the Security Trustee may reasonably request;

Insurance ComplianceTo the Partnership’s Knowledge, except for violations that have been cured, the Partnership has not received any written notice from any insurance company that carries any of the Partnership’s insurance with respect to the Real Property that any portion of the Real Property materially violates any building, fire, or health code, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation applicable to the Real Property.
Insurance Compliance. Agent will take such action as may be necessary to comply promptly with any and all orders or requirements affecting the Common Property placed thereon by any governmental authority having jurisdiction, and orders of the Board of Fire Underwriters, or other similar bodies subject to the same limitation. The Agent, however, shall not take any action under this paragraph so long as the Association is contesting or has affirmed its intention to contest any such order or requirement. The Agent shall promptly and in no event later then seventy-two (72) hours from the time of their receipt notify the Association in writing of all such orders and requirements. The Agent shall have inspections for Fire systems, elevators, and pool completed in a timely manner before they expire.
