Insurance Notification. The Master Collateral Agent shall, promptly upon its receipt of notification of any termination of or proposed cancellation or nonrenewal of any insurance policies required to be maintained under any of the Financing Documents, notify the Beneficiary thereof of any such termination, proposed cancellation or nonrenewal.

Unless the Purchaser is exempted by the Seller from this coverage requirement as an independent contractor, as defined in s. 102.07(8)(b), Stats., and as determined by the Seller based on an affidavit submitted to it, the Purchaser agrees to elect to maintain worker's compensation insurance coverage for the cutting operation under this Contract and any and all employees engaged in cutting on Forest Service Land during the period of this Contract regardless of any exemptions from coverage under chapter 102, Wis. Stats.

Prior to commencement of any work under this Contract and during the period of the Contract, the Purchaser shall provide proof of insurance coverage required by this Contract on an original Certificate of Insurance, counter-signed by an insurer licensed to do business in Wisconsin naming the Seller as a Certificate Holder.
d. The Purchaser shall notify the Seller in writing at the Seller's office as indicated in the Contract or otherwise in writing by the Seller, immediately upon any change in or cancellation of insurance coverage required by this Contract.
Insurance Notification. The Lessee shall notify BMW in writing immediately upon the occurrence of any event which could or might give rise to a claim under any insurance policy effected by the Lessee.

If any of the required coverages expire during the term of this agreement, the Consultant shall deliver the renewal certificate(s) including the general liability additional insured endorsement to Calaveras County Water District at least ten (10) days prior to the expiration date.

It is understood and agreed that furnishing of such insurance coverage will not relieve either Party of their obligations under this Agreement.

Any insurance proceeds in excess of the limits and coverage required in this contract and which is applicable to a given loss, will be available to AMBAG. CONTRACTOR is covered by, and agrees to maintain, general liability insurance for bodily injury and property damage arising directly from its negligent acts or omissions with limits as specified below. Certificates of insurance shall be provided to AMBAG prior to commencement of work by CONTRACTOR. XXXXXXXXXX agrees to indemnify, protect, defend and name AMBAG, its public officials, officers and employees as additional insured on the Commercial General Liability and Business Auto Insurance and hold harmless from any loss, damage or liability arising directly from any negligent act or omission by CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or liability arising from any act or omission by AMBAG, its officials, officers or employees. CONTRACTOR shall provide the following types and amounts of insurance:

b. The purchaser agrees to elect to maintain liability insurance coverage for the cutting operation under this contract in the amount of no less than $750,000.00.

Prior to commencement of any work under this Contract and during the period of the Contract, the Purchaser shall provide proof of insurance coverage required by this Contract on an original Certificate of Insurance, counter-signed by an insurer licensed to do business in Wisconsin naming the Seller as a Certificate Holder.
d. The Purchaser shall notify the Seller in writing at the Seller's office as indicated in the Contract or otherwise in writing by the Seller, immediately upon any change in or cancellation of insurance coverage required by this Contract.
Insurance Notification. Prior to the commencement of the Services, the Contractor shall deliver Certificates of Insurance showing that the insurance set forth in this Article 9 is in force and that not less than 60 days notice will be given to the Company prior to cancellation, termination or material. alteration of said insurance. The Contractor shall not commence the Services until the Contractor delivers acceptable Certificates of Insurance to the Company at KeySpan Corporation, Xxx XxxxxXxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, Attn: Risk Management Department. The Certificate Holder of Insurance is KeySpan Corporation, Xxx XxxxxXxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, Attention: Risk Management Department.
