INTERFACE CONTROL INFORMATION. There are no physical interface points and no physical boundaries need to be determined. Service level is based on previous years historical averages. SRR must contact AM&DO Facility Operations personnel at least one (1) week prior to shipment of large items (e.g., mixing pumps) to facilitate offloading of materials into Storage for Others (SFO) facilities or SRR pickup of large items from SFO facilities.
INTERFACE CONTROL INFORMATION. No specific reporting requirements are identified at this time. If reports are identified, the Interface Management Office POC will be contacted and all parties will agree on a path forward.
INTERFACE CONTROL INFORMATION. The SRR FSO is appointed by SRR management and serves as the point of contact for any security-related matters, directs the implementation of required SRR security measures within SRR controlled/managed facilities, and is responsible for ensuring that the proper level of protection is provided to prevent unacceptable, adverse impacts on national security or on the health and safety of DOE and contractor employees, the public, or the environment. SRR Emergency Preparedness Coordinators (EPCs) have been appointed with the overall responsibility for SRR emergency management program implementation. The EPCs are responsible for coordinating efforts with the M&O contractor (i.e., SS&ES) to develop, implement, and maintain the SRS emergency management program within SRR controlled/managed facilities. The EPCs also assists in the development and update of the annual SRS Emergency Readiness Assurance Plan (ERAP).

However, there are four areas of interface that are addressed below. SRNS shall not commence any encroaching excavation at the IAL (encroaching excavation distance is 6 feet or less) without approval from SRR. SRR shall only access SRNS E-area facilities per interface controls identified above for IAL operations (section 4.8).
