Interfacing. (1) The Construction Manager shall take such measures as- appropriate to provide that construction requirements will be covered in the separate sub-contracts for procurement of long lead items, the separate construction sub-contracts and the general conditions items performed without duplication or overlap, sequenced to maintain completion of all work on schedule. Particular attention shall be given to provide that each bid package clearly identifies the work included in that particular separate sub- contract, its schedule for start and completion and its relationship to other separate Construction Managers. Without assuming any Design responsibilities of the Architect-Engineer, the Construction Manager shall include in the reports required under Article 2.2.1 comments on overlap with any other separate sub- contracts, omissions, lack of correlation between drawings, and any other deficiencies noted, in order that the Project Manager and Architect-Engineer may arrange for necessary corrections.
Interfacing. 8.4.1 Construction Contractor shall take such measures as are appropriate to provide that all construction requirements will be covered in the separate procurement of long lead items, the separate construction subcontractors and the general conditions items without duplication or overlap, and sequenced to maintain completion of all Work on schedule. Construction Contractor shall give particular attention to provide that each bid package clearly identifies the Work included in that particular separate subcontract, its schedule for start and completion and its relationship to the other separate subcontractors.
8.4.2 Without assuming any design responsibilities of Design Professional, Construction Contractor shall include in the reports required under Subsection 8.2 above, comments on overlap with any other separate subcontracts, omissions, lack of correlation between drawings, and any other deficiencies noted, in order that Design Professional may arrange for necessary corrections.

(a) The CM shall take such measures as are necessary to ensure proper construction and delivery of the PROJECT, including but not limited to providing that all construction requirements will be covered in the separate procurement of long lead items, the separate construction subcontracts and the general conditions items performed without duplication or overlap to maintain completion of all work on schedule. Particular attention shall be given to provide that each bid package clearly identifies the work included in that particular separate subcontract, its scheduling for start and completion and its relationship to other separate contractors.
(b) Without assuming any design responsibilities for the AE, the CM shall include in the reports comments on overlap with any other separate subcontracts, omissions, lack of correlation between drawings, and any other deficiencies noted, in order that the AE may arrange for necessary corrections.

Interfacing. The Contractor shall provide to the Purchaser, promptly upon request and at no additional cost, all reasonable assistance, information and copies of all APIs, configurations, keys, protocols, profiles, scripts and other documentation in each case:
6.10.1 in the possession or control of the Contractor; and
6.10.2 necessary in order to allow Purchaser (or any third party acting with the permission or authority of the Purchaser) to interface to the System and/or to share data with the System.

(2) Without assuming any design responsibilities of the Architect/Engineer, the Contractor shall include in the Progress Reports required under this Section 2.4 comments on overlap with any other separate subcontracts, omissions, lack of correlation between drawings, and any other deficiencies noted, in order that the Architect/Engineer may arrange for necessary corrections.

8.4.2 Without assuming any design responsibilities of DESIGN PROFESSIONAL, the CONTRACTOR must include in the reports required under Paragraph 8.2 above, comments on overlap with any other separate subcontracts, omissions, lack of correlation between drawings, and any other deficiencies noted, in order that DESIGN PROFESSIONAL may arrange for necessary corrections.
Interfacing. Year 2000 Compliant Products, when used in combination with other year 2000 compliant products, shall accurately process date/time provided that such other products properly exchange date/time data with it.
Interfacing. If the Procured System is a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product, it shall have the present capability, which can be readily utilized by CUSTOMER, of providing Calendar-Related data to and accepting Calendar-Related data from other automated, computerized, and/or software systems and users in a four-digit CCYY format, where CC are the two digits expressing the century and YY are the two digits expressing the year with that century (e.g., 1996, 2003 and 2027).
