INTERMISSIONS. The User agrees that for all programs lasting two hours or more, a running schedule for each performance will be provided to the Management at least 10 working days prior to the engagement. All such schedules will include intermission times. The Management shall retain the right to cause the interruption of any performance when in sole judgment of the Management, such interruption is necessary in the interest of public safety.

INTERMISSIONS. (a) The EMPLOYER agrees that there shall be no less than a fifteen (15) minute intermission between dance pieces and/or acts of dance pieces which require a change of costume and/or make-up by ARTISTS appearing in both dance pieces or both acts of the same dance piece. Intermission time shall begin from the time of final curtain following the end of curtain calls; any violation shall be paid at the dollar equivalent of one-half (1/2) hour overtime. (b) There shall be a call ten (10) minutes prior to the appearance of the ARTIST in such second (2nd) and third (3rd) dance piece advising the ARTISTS that they shall be required on stage five (5) minutes after such call.
INTERMISSIONS. Xxxxxx agrees that for all programs lasting one hour or more, except religious services or other engagements specifically excluded, an intermission of not less than thirty (30) minutes is held, subject to modification by DPAC when necessary to meet unusual conditions.

INTERMISSIONS. (a) For any Performance or rehearsal when costumes are required, the EMPLOYER agrees that there shall be no less than a fifteen (15) minute intermission between dance pieces and/or acts of dance pieces which require a change of costume and/or make-up by ARTISTS appearing in both dance pieces or both acts of the same dance piece. Intermission time shall begin from the time of final curtain following the end of curtain calls. (b) Regular stage calls will be made to the ARTIST at ten (10), five (5) and three (3) [“places”] minutes prior to the beginning of the act. Furthermore, EMPLOYER agrees to announce a “final places” call whenever essential to the opening physical position of ARTISTS on stage prior to the beginning of the act. (c) No rehearsals, walk-throughs, bows or notes, staging or spacing will occur during any intermission unless requested by an ARTIST or in an emergency situation. Notes shall be given during regular scheduled rehearsals or shall be posted on the board no later than fifteen (15) minutes before half hour call.
INTERMISSIONS. An intermission of at least 10 minutes shall be allowed out of each hour of rehearsal, which shall be non-cumulative. For performances, each professional musician shall be in the pit and ready to play within 15 minutes after the end of the act prior to the intermission. In the event of a 3-act show, the intermission between the second and third acts shall be 12 minutes with a reasonable time left to return to the pit, provided the musician shall be ready to play within 15 minutes after the end of the act prior to that intermission. A show may run a maximum of 2 hours and 20 minutes without an intermission.
INTERMISSIONS. CLIENT agrees that every public performance, which is not staged within a single hour, will have an intermission period of not less than ten (10) minutes, excepting religious services or other engagements specifically excluded. VENUE reserves the right to assess a fee in advance, or a penalty after the fact, if an intermission is not held due to an act or omission of CLIENT, CLIENT'S associated staff, crew, artists, clients, or guests.
