Internet and Mobile Banking a direct banking product of the Policyholder, the conditions of which are set out in the Agreement and in the Product and Business Terms and Conditions of the Policyholder, and through which the Policyholder’s Client can access his/her funds deposited on the current account and make current account transactions.

Internet and Mobile Banking. (i) UnionBank Online Banking App is a channel that allows Payees to check their accounts and do various transactions such as fund transfers, buy load, and perform bills payment using their mobile phone or computers with the use of the internet. (ii) The Payee will need to have his/her EA enrolled to his/her UnionBank Online Banking App to enjoy its features. (iii) The account is subject to UnionBank Online Banking Terms and Conditions, which is available in the Bank’s website, xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/online-banking/more/terms.
Internet and Mobile Banking. 6.3.1. The Bank shall be entitled to accept the services/transactions requested by the Client through various applications, calls and methods for services/transactions offered by the Bank and/or services/transactions to be provided by the Bank in future, accept requests and transactions received by the Client's phone number(s) registered in Bank records including the client number, user number/code, password(s) and/or code(s) provided for the Client's use on Internet and Mobile Banking, as well as changes of user names/codes and password(s), provide information to the Client's phone number(s) on the requests and transactions, and to perform transactions on the basis of this information. 6.3.2. The Client agrees to take all necessary precautions while using the internet and mobile banking services provided by the Bank to ensure that instructions are transmitted to the Bank only by himself/herself using the Electronic Signature, Mobile Signature and various methods and to comply with the provisions of the applicable legislation while benefiting from the facilities provided under the Agreement. Carrying out any transaction will only be possible by entering the password that has been assigned exclusively to the Client on the transaction screen. Furthermore, the Client agrees that if he/she gives instructions to the Bank using his/her exclusive code this instruction will be fulfilled, that any e-mail instructions 6.3.3. If the Client wishes to have third parties he/she has assigned/authorized perform transactions on his/her accounts through Internet Banking and/or Mobile Banking, he/she shall notify the Bank of the names of these individuals. In this case, without prejudice to the limits that the Bank has defined, the Client shall be obliged to determine the powers and the total daily transaction limits for each person authorized to perform transactions on behalf of the Client in "Internet" environment. The Client shall be obliged to immediately notify the Bank of the names of individuals whose powers and transaction limits have been revoked, or whose limits and powers have been changed. Upon receipt of this notification, the Bank shall cancel the passwords of such third parties. The Bank shall not have any liability whatsoever for any losses or damages arising from the Client's failure to notify the Bank. 6.3.4. Internet and Mobile Banking. 5.3.1. The internet banking is a transaction possibility offered to the Customer for connecting to the Bank via internet by means of technologically improved equipment and for giving instructing via internet and performing and inquiring transactions on his accounts and other transactions - to be offered by the Bank subsequently - by using customer/user name, password and other security items transmitted exclusively to the Customer by the Bank or sent to the Customer through SMS or other means by the Bank. 5.3.2. The Customer hereby agrees that in case the Customer is allocated a special device by the Bank to send a password to the Customer each time, in case the Customer loses the device or the device is stolen, the Customer shall immediately notify the Bank for cancelation and shall not hold in any case the Bank responsible for any transaction held via the Internet and transactions held on the account of the Customer from the date of theft/loss until the date of cancellation and shall not raise any claim or right against under the titles of pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages. 5.3.3. The Bank’s offering the Customer Internet and/or Mobile Banking Services to the Customer shall not constitute any undertaking to the Customer on supply of hardware and software.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

  • Data Services In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will receive a discount equal to 20% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS3Guide local loop charges for DS-0, DS-1 and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Internet Use Customer assumes total responsibility for its and its users’ use of the Internet. Masergy specifically disclaims any warranties, endorsements or representations regarding any merchandise, information, software, products, data, files, or services provided through the Internet.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.
