Interstate Access Justification Report. (IAJR) technical memorandum: As directed by the State, the Engineer shall prepare an Interstate Access Justification Report (IAJR) technical memorandum, incorporating the results of any previous IAJRs. A previous IAJR was approved from Lady Bird Lake to SH 45SE (0000-00-000, etc.). This technical memorandum shall be prepared in accordance with established FHWA procedures and Policy Points to document proposed changes in access to interstate highways. The request shall include an introduction that describes the proposed project along with a statement of need. The request shall at a minimum document the traffic operations under the existing conditions, compare operations between future no-build and proposed build condition and substantiate the reasoning and benefits behind the request for modifying the access to the existing interstate system. Supporting analysis to illustrate how those requirements are met shall be included. The report shall include the following:

Interstate Access Justification Report. The Engineer shall prepare two Interstate Access Justification reports (one at I-10, one at I-69) in accordance with established FHWA procedures to document proposed changes in access to interstate highways. The request must include an introduction that describes the proposed project along with a statement of need. The request must address at a minimum, the eight policy requirements outlined in the FHWA policy. The access request must provide an explanation of how the request satisfies each of the eight points in the policy requirements. Supporting analysis to illustrate how those requirements are met must be included.

  • Control Area Notification At least three months before Initial Synchronization Date, Interconnection Customer shall notify Distribution Provider in writing of the Control Area in which the Generating Facility will be located. If Interconnection Customer elects to locate the Generating Facility in a Control Area other than the Control Area in which the Generating Facility is physically located, and if permitted to do so by the relevant transmission tariffs, all necessary arrangements, including but not limited to those set forth in Article 7 and Article 8 of this GIA, and remote Control Area generator interchange agreements, if applicable, and the appropriate measures under such agreements, shall be executed and implemented prior to the placement of the Generating Facility in the other Control Area.

  • Condition Report The landlord and tenant are required to inspect the residential unit together at the beginning and end of the tenancy and complete a written condition report. If the landlord allows the tenant to have a pet after the start of the tenancy, an inspection report must be done on the day the tenant starts keeping a pet or on another day mutually agreed to by the landlord and tenant, unless the tenancy started on or after January 1, 2004, and a condition inspection report was completed at that time. A report may describe any damage, how clean each room is, and the general condition of the residential unit including: the floors, carpets, appliances, and paint on the walls.   • Implementation Report Within 150 days after the Effective Date, Extendicare shall submit a written report to OIG summarizing the status of its implementation of the requirements of this CIA (Implementation Report). The Implementation Report shall, at a minimum, include:
