Introduction of working time bank The introduction and details of a working time bank system shall be agreed in writ- ing between the employer and the chief shop xxxxxxx. An agreement to adopt a working time bank must settle at least the following matters: • the parties covered by the agreement; • the elements comprising the working time bank; • the maximum regular daily and weekly working hours (max. 12 h/day); • the limits for saving and lending a working time balance, within which regular working hours may vary over the longer term; • the length of the averaging period for working hours; and • the impact of incapacity to work on the use of working time bank leave. Instructions for application: Recommendation is that local parties shall agree about working time elements ac- cording collective agreement and the Working Hours Act or elements associating time off which local parties can agree about locally and by agreeing locally on effi- cient manner implement the purpose of working time bank. Such elements might be the elements of the working time act, leave to reduce working time, annual holidays, holiday bonus which is changed to leave and different bonus payments. If flexitime is in use at the workplace, flexitime balances can be included as an as- pect, with the hours exceeding the accumulated balance of 40 hours being trans- ferred into the working time bank, up to a locally agreed maximum. The agreement shall also record the principles governing the organization of regular daily and/or weekly working hours, and the notification and other procedures in- volved in arranging hours of work.

  • EXECUTION OF WORKS 40.1 The work execution will be carried out based on the documents as listed below.

  • Completion of Works Buildings will be considered complete on the issue of the City’s Certificate of Occupancy. Other structures will be considered complete on the issue of the Company’s engineers notification of the completion of construction, and by the City’s certification.

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey. However, the Executive agrees to undertake whatever domestic and worldwide travel is required by the Company. The Executive shall not be required or permitted to relocate without the mutual, written consent of the Executive and the Company.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • The Services The HSP agrees to provide the Services on the terms and conditions of this PFA including all of its Appendices and schedules.

  • Coordination of Work Licensee shall be responsible for coordination of its Equipment installation work to avoid any interference with existing utilities, substructures, facilities and/or SFMTA transit operations. Licensee shall be the City's point of contact for all Equipment installation and except in case of emergency, all communications concerning Equipment installation shall be through Licensee's field representatives.

  • Cessation and Resumption of Work 24.15.1 At the time employees cease work due to inclement weather the employer or the employers representative on site and the employee’s representative shall agree and note the time of cessation of work.

  • Xxxxx of Work The Contractor shall provide information technology (IT) independent verification and validation (IV&V) services to Customers in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the ((IT) IV&V services required by this Contract, and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. All of the (IT) IV&V services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standard and quality that prevail among IT professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the (IT) IV&V services.

  • Services Rendered/Scope of Work The Contractor shall, in a satisfactory and proper manner as determined by the Authority, render the services described in Exhibit A, which is attached and made a part of this Agreement.

  • Supervision of Work The TSP shall provide all necessary superintendence for execution of the Project and its supervisory personnel shall be available to provide full-time superintendence for execution of the Project. The TSP shall provide skilled personnel who are experienced in their respective fields.
