Introduction Service Summary. In carrying out the Services, Northwards will:  Provide Services that are properly planned; effectively budgeted; and adequately resourced, delivering value for money and optimising efficiency within the overall level of resources available;  Provide sufficient suitably qualified staff to fulfil all duties and ensure that appropriate methods of training and development are in place;  Liaise, consult and inform local Members of Investment Programmes in their Xxxx. Liaise and work in partnership with partner agencies and stakeholders operating within the Management Area and more widely as appropriate;  Fulfil the Council’s statutory and contractual duties in relation to investment works in the Management Area including the services set out in this Service Specification;  Comply with relevant European and British Standards, Building Regulations, best industry practice, and health and safety legislation in the delivery of all Services;  Meet the standards set out in the Regulatory Framework for Social Housing in England and any other relevant regulatory standards, including any requirements in relation to providing an annual report and/or local offer;  Uphold the terms of the Tenancy Agreement on behalf of the Council including, but not limited to, referring to colleagues to pursue legal action against any tenant in breach of their Tenancy Agreement;  Promote and support the aims of Manchester’s Community Strategy and other Council strategies and policies as listed in Annex 3;  Promote equality and recognise diversity in employment and service delivery;  Ensure that all investment works have accurate and up to date Asset Management records on all Council and Leaseholder properties within the Management Area which are sent for recording on the Asset Management Database. Records will comply with all data protection and freedom of information requirements;  Ensure high standards of governance are developed and maintained, ultimately residing in the Board;  Provide a range of innovative approaches to tenant involvement and empowerment;  Meet the requirements of Manchester City Council’s capital programme procedures for financial control and risk management.

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.
