Review of Services. The AGENCY shall allow WRCOG’s Representative to inspect or review the progress of the Project at any reasonable time in order to determine whether the terms of this Agreement are being met.
Review of Services. The parties agree that: (i) the scope, frequency and manner of delivery of the Services detailed herein are subject to periodic review by the parties; (ii) changes to any of the Services (including the addition or deletion of services) may be made at any time if agreed to by the parties; and (iii) this Agreement may be amended from time to time according to the terms set out in herein.

(1) time per year a Department of Transportation inspection will be included in one of the regular scheduled services for the above vehicles. No certificate is required; however, all forms related to such inspection shall be completed by the Service Center and submitted to the Fire Department.
Review of Services. Owner will review Engineer's documents at the completion of each stage of development as described in the Project Proposal. Owner’s review comments or decisions regarding the documents will be furnished to Engineer in a reasonably prompt manner. Owner will notify Engineer in writing of any material error or omission or other defect in the services or documents provided or any conflict in the documents of which Owner becomes aware, but Owner shall have no obligation or duty to investigate whether such faults, defects, or conflicts exist.

All books, documents, plans, papers, records, reports, drawings, studies, specifications, estimates, maps and computations, prepared by or for the Contractor under the terms of the Contract Documents, shall be available to SRTA and its SRTA-designated Representatives for inspection and review at all reasonable times in SRTA’s offices. Acceptance of any Services by SRTA shall not relieve the Contractor of its obligation to correct, at its expense, any of its errors in the Services.

All books, documents, plans, papers, records, reports, drawings, studies, specifications, estimates, maps and computations, prepared by or for the Consultant under the terms of the Contract Documents, shall be available to ATL and its ATL-designated Representatives for inspection and review at all reasonable times in ATL’s offices. Acceptance of any Services by ATL shall not relieve the Consultant of its obligation to correct, at its expense, any of its errors in the Services.

Review of Services. (a) For the first year following the Wind Down Date (as defined herein), at the completion of each fiscal quarter, Seller and Newco will meet to review the Services and to analyze and discuss ongoing requirements for the Towers’ infrastructure and steps for further optimization of the Towers (each such meeting, a “Review”). Should the parties mutually agree to cease operations of one or more Towers, Seller and Newco shall work together to take all steps necessary to effectuate the same. Following the one (1) year anniversary of the Wind Down Date, Newco and Seller will continue to meet every six (6) months to review the Services and analyze and discuss ongoing requirements for the Tower’s infrastructure and steps for further optimization of the Towers.
