IUPAT PENSION FUNDING IMPROVEMENT PLAN. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no additional benefit increase is provided under this Agreement for the IUPAT Pension. Effective December 1, 2015, the current employee deduction of $0.42 per hour for the Pension Improvement Plan will be reduced by $0.42 per hour. In the event that any future increases are required, as determined by the Trustees of the Pension Fund for a Pension Improvement Plan, during the term of this Agreement such increases will be reduced from the Total Package increase for that year or from the on- the-check wage rate.
