Job Alerts. YOU can manually sign up to receive job alerts by email/or SMS. In addition to a manual sign up, if YOU signup on a Cruitbay website and/or create an account, YOU may agree to receive email job opportunities based on the type of role YOU selected. YOU can sign up for job alerts via SMS in a number of ways including by entering YOUR telephone number in the Mobile Alerts section of YOUR USER Account. YOU can edit or change the type of job alerts want to receive by accessing the Job Alerts tab in YOUR USER account. YOU may opt out of job alerts by clicking on the unsubscribe link in YOUR job alert email or by following the instructions in YOUR SMS alert.   • Alerts You may use the Internet Banking Service to request and receive from the Bank any of the alerts made available through this Service by making alert selections within the Internet Banking Application. The Bank may add new alerts or discontinue existing alerts at any time. According to your selections, we will send alerts to the email address or mobile number you provide to us in Internet Banking. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that the email address and mobile number you provide to the Bank are current and accurate. If the email address or mobile number is not current and accurate, then you must update your email address or mobile number in Internet Banking before alerts can be delivered to the email address or mobile number again. You may choose to opt out of the alerts service at any time. However, if you choose to opt out and then decide later to opt back in to the alerts service, you must provide your email address or mobile number in Internet Banking before alerts can be delivered to the email address or mobile number again. Your failure to maintain current and accurate contact information with the Bank will prevent delivery of alerts through this Service, for which the Bank expressly disclaims any and all liability. Your receipt of any alert may be delayed or prevented by your internet service provider, telecommunications provider, or other third parties. The Bank does not guarantee either the delivery or the accuracy of the contents of any alert. The Bank will not be liable for damages of any kind arising from non-delivery or delayed delivery of an alert, the location to which an alert is delivered, inaccurate content in an alert, or your use of or reliance on the contents of any alert for any purposes. Because the balance of accounts is subject to change at any time, the information provided in any alert may become quickly outdated. Alerts are not encrypted. You acknowledge that, although the Bank may show less than the full account number for any of your accounts in an alert, the alert may include personal information about your accounts. Depending on where you instruct the Bank to send your alerts, anyone with access to your email or eligible Mobile Device may be able to view the contents of these alerts. The services are separate and apart from any other charges that may be assessed by your wireless carrier for text messages sent to or received from Community Trust Bank, Inc. You are responsible for any fees or other charges that your wireless carrier may charge for any related data or message services. Any cause of action concerning the Internet Banking Services under this Agreement must be commenced within one year after such cause of action has occurred.

  • JOB XXXXXXX (a) There shall be a Xxxxxxx on each job at all times, who shall be a Union Member in good standing, and shall be appointed by the Business Representative, from amongst the Employees on the job. The Union shall notify the Employer, in writing, who their Xxxxxxx is. If the Employer disapproves of the said appointed Xxxxxxx, they shall immediately notify the Union, in writing, stating the reasons for their disapproval. If their reasons are acceptable to the Union, a new Xxxxxxx will be appointed immediately. If not acceptable, the Union and the Employer will meet to discuss the reasons for disapproval, and if necessary, grievance procedure will be followed. The Xxxxxxx shall keep a record of members hired, laid-off, and discharged, and shall take up all grievances on the job, and try to have same adjusted. In the event he/she cannot adjust them, he/she must promptly report that fact to the Business Representatives of the Union, so STEP 2 of the Grievance Procedure can be followed through. He/She shall see that the provisions of this Agreement are complied with and report the true conditions and facts. It is recognized as the Employer’s responsibility to make whatever provisions are necessary for the care of injured worker. It shall be the duty of the Xxxxxxx to see that the Employer fulfils its obligation. The Employer agrees that when Employees are laid-off, all things being equal, the Xxxxxxx will be one of the last employees laid-off. The Employer further agrees that the Xxxxxxx will not be transferred to another jobsite unless mutually agreed by the Employer Representative and the Union Representative. The Union agrees that the Xxxxxxx shall not be changed without prior notification to the Employer.

  • Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.

  • Pregnancy and Maternity Services This plan covers physician services and the services of a licensed midwife for prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care.   • Network Etiquette You are expected to abide by the generally accepted rules of network etiquette. These include but are not limited to the following:

  • Helpdesk Customers must contact LightEdge Support to report service trouble or an outage with LightEdge Technical Support. LightEdge Technical Support will be available seven (7) days per week; twenty-four (24) hours per day; three hundred sixty-five days (365) days per year. LightEdge Technical Support provides support for network monitoring, trouble ticket resolution, and fault isolation up to the termination point of LightEdge provided Equipment. LightEdge Technical Support will accept trouble and outage related support calls from any customer representative. LightEdge will not perform any requested activity which may cause Service disruption or perform any changes to Service unless request is initiated by an Authorized Contact. LightEdge reserves the right to delay response on support tickets opened by anyone other than the Authorized Contact. Communication between Customer and LightEdge not initiated by Authorized Contact will not be subject to SLA remedies. All communications with Customer will be in the English language.

  • Social Services For Applicants residing in a state NB is licensed, NB will conduct the home study and post-placement services. If the Applicant resides outside of NB's service area, NB, in cooperation with the Applicant, will select a Local Home Study Agency to conduct direct social services. The Applicant understands and consents to the professional exchange of their information between NB and the local home study agency.

  • Job Postings The employee may apply for a job posting at either home based on their seniority at the designated employer. The vacancy will be filled in accordance with Article 9 of the collective agreement. Where seniority is the deciding factor the most senior candidate will be selected regardless of which home her/his seniority was accumulated.
