Job Benefits and Protection. The District shall insure the following provisions: 1. Maintain the employee’s health coverage during the duration of Family Leave. The employee must continue to pay his/her portion, even in a non-paid status; 2. Maintain any employee benefits that accrued prior to the start of Family Leave.
