Job Site Requirements. (a) The CM shall provide each of the following activities as a part of its services hereunder:
(i) Maintain a log of daily activities, including manpower records, weather, delays, major decisions, etc.
(ii) Maintain a roster of companies on the PROJECT with names and telephone numbers of key personnel.
(iii) Establish and enforce job rules governing parking, clean-up, use of facilities and work discipline.
(iv) Provide labor relationships management and equal opportunity employment for a harmonious productive PROJECT.
(v) Provide and administer a safety program for the PROJECT to meet OSHA requirements. Monitor for subcontractor compliance without relieving them of responsibilities to perform work in accordance with best acceptable practice.
(vi) Provide quality control program.
(vii) Provide miscellaneous office supplies that support the construction efforts which are consumed by its own forces.
(viii) Provide for travel to and from its home office to the Project Site and to those other places within Xxx County as required by the PROJECT.
(b) The CM shall provide personnel and equipment or shall arrange for separate subcontractors to provide each of the following as a Project Cost:
(i) Distribution of all required bidding documents and shop drawings, including the sets required by the Permitting Authority's inspectors.
Job Site Requirements. (1) The Construction Manager shall provide for each of the following activities as a part of his Construction Phase fee:
(a) Maintain a log of daily activities, including manpower records, weather, delays, major decisions, etc.
(b) Maintain a roster of companies on the project with names and telephone numbers of key personnel.
(c) Establish and enforce job rules governing parking, clean-up, use of facilities and worker discipline.
(d) Provide labor relations management for a harmonious, productive project.
(e) Provide a safety program for the project to meet OSHA requirements. Monitor for Sub- Contractor compliance without relieving them of responsibilities to perform work in accordance with the best acceptable safety practice.
(f) Provide a safety meeting with principal and school staff prior to starting work on existing site.
(2) The Construction Manager shall provide personnel to provide each of the following:
(a) Schedule the services of independent testing laboratories which provide the necessary testing of materials to ensure conformance to contract requirements.
(b) The printing and distribution of all required documents and shop drawings, including the sets required by the Permitting Authority’s inspectors.
Job Site Requirements. A. The Construction Manager shall provide for each of the following activities:
1. Maintain a log of daily activities, including manpower records, weather, delays, major decisions, etc.
2. Maintain a roster of companies on the project with names and telephone numbers of key personnel.
3. Establish and enforce job rules governing parking, clean-up, use of facilities and worker discipline.

8. Travel to and from his home office to the project site as the project requires.
B. The Construction Manager shall provide personnel and equipment or shall arrange for separate written subcontracts to provide and Schedule the services of independent testing laboratories and provide the necessary testing of materials to ensure conformance to contract requirements as a direct cost item.
Job Site Requirements. Contractor shall provide for each of the following activities as a part of Contractor’s Construction Phase fee:
1. Maintain a log of daily activities, including manpower records, weather, delays, major decisions, etc.
2. Maintain a roster of companies on the project with names and telephone numbers of key personnel.
3. Establish and enforce job rules governing parking, clean-up, use of facilities and worker discipline.
4. Provide labor relations management for a harmonious, productive project..
5. Provide a safety program for the project to meet OSHA requirements. Monitor for subcontractor compliance without relieving them of responsibilities to perform work in accordance with the best acceptable practice.
6. Provide a quality control program as developed hereinabove.

8. Travel to and from Contractor’s home office to the project site as the project requires. In addition, Contractor shall provide personnel and equipment or shall arrange for separate subcontracts to provide each of the following as a direct cost item:
1. Schedule the services of independent testing laboratories and provide the necessary testing of materials to ensure conformance to contract requirements.
2. The printing and distribution of all required bidding documents and shop drawings, including the sets required by all necessary permitting authorities inspectors.
Job Site Requirements. The Construction Manager shall provide for each of the following activities as a part of its Construction Phase Compensation:
1. Maintain a log of daily activities, including manpower records, weather, delays, major decisions, etc.
2. Maintain a roster of companies on the project with names and telephone numbers of key personnel.
3. Establish and enforce job rules governing parking, clean-up, use of facilities and worker discipline.
4. Provide labor relations management for a harmonious, productive project.
5. Provide a safety program for the project to meet OSHA requirements. Monitor for subcontractor compliance without relieving them of responsibilities to perform work in accordance with the best acceptable practice.
6. Provide a quality control program as developed under Article 2.3(5) hereinabove.
Job Site Requirements. 8.1. The Construction Manager shall provide the following:

8.1.2 Maintain a roster of companies on the Project with names and telephone numbers of key personnel.
8.1.3 Establish and enforce job rules governing parking, clean-up, use of facilities and Worker discipline.
8.1.4 Provide labor relations management for a harmonious, productive project.
8.1.5 Provide and administer a safety program for the Project to meet OSHA and other governmental requirements. Monitor subcontractor compliance with that safety program.
8.1.6 Provide and administer a quality control program as developed pursuant to the terms herein.
8.1.7 Provide miscellaneous office supplies that support the construction efforts which are consumed by Construction Manager' s own forces.
8.1.8 Provide for travel to and from Construction Manager' s home office to the Project site and Xxxxxxx County as the Project requires.
8.2. The Construction Manager shall provide personnel and equipment or shall arrange for separate subcontractors to provide each of the following as a direct cost item:
8.2.1 Services of independent testing laboratories and provide the necessary testing of materials to ensure conformance with the Contract Documents.
8.2.2 Printing and distributing of all required biding documents and shop drawings, including the sets required by any permitting authority' s inspectors.
Job Site Requirements. Construction Manager’s Responsibilities - The Construction Manager shall provide for each of the following activities as a part of the Construction Phase fee: Maintain a log of daily activities, including manpower records, weather, delays, major decisions, etc. Maintain a roster of companies on the Project with names and telephone numbers of key personnel. Establish and enforce job rules governing parking, clean-up, use of facilities and worker discipline. Provide labor relations management for a harmonious, productive project. Provide a safety program for the Project to meet OSHA requirements. Monitor for Subcontractor’s Compliance without relieving them of responsibilities to perform work in accordance with the best acceptable practice. Provide a quality control program as developed under paragraph 2.3.6 hereinabove. Miscellaneous office supplies that support the construction efforts, which are consumed by his own forces. Travel to and from his home office to the Project site as the Project requires.

9. Schedule for all required testing by testing lab under contract with owner (reference 3.4 (2))
(b) The Construction Manager shall provide personnel and equipment or shall arrange for separate subcontracts to provide printing and distribution of all required bidding documents and shop drawings, including the sets required by the Permitting Authority’s inspectors.

1. Maintain a log of daily activities, including manpower records, weather, delays, major decisions, etc.

3. Establish and enforce job rules governing parking, clean-up, use of facilities and worker discipline.
4. Provide labor relations management for a harmonious, productive project.
5. Provide and administer a safety program for the Project to meet OSHA requirements. Monitor for subcontractor compliance without relieving them of responsibilities to perform work in accordance with the best acceptable practice.
