Construction Manager’s Responsibilities - The Construction Manager shall provide for each of the following activities as a part of the Construction Phase fee: Maintain a log of daily activities, including manpower records, weather, delays, major decisions, etc. Maintain a roster of companies on the Project with names and telephone numbers of key personnel. Establish and enforce job rules governing parking, clean-up, use of facilities and worker discipline. Provide labor relations management for a harmonious, productive project. Provide a safety program for the Project to meet OSHA requirements. Monitor for Subcontractor’s Compliance without relieving them of responsibilities to perform work in accordance with the best acceptable practice. Provide a quality control program as developed under paragraph 2.3.6 hereinabove. Miscellaneous office supplies that support the construction efforts, which are consumed by his own forces. Travel to and from his home office to the Project site as the Project requires.
