Work Discipline. 7.1 Party A shall notify Party B with all the rules and regulations which are established by Party A through due procedures and in accordance with national and provincial laws and regulations. Party A is entitled to examine, assess the implementation of such rules and regulations by Party B and grant award or punishment accordingly. 7.2 Party B shall abide by the relevant national, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and the rules and regulations of Party A as mentioned in the above clause. Party B shall abide by the safety operation procedures and complete his work assignment on time. 7.3 Party B shall abide by the relevant national, provincial and municipal rules on family planning.

Work Discipline. 1. Party A is responsible to train Party B about ideology education, professional ethics, vocational techniques, labor safety, legal propaganda and the Company's culture.. 2. Work Discipline. 7.1 Party B agrees to comply with all rules and regulations currently existing and may be prepared and amended from time to time by Party A according to PRC laws. These rules and regulations form an integral part of this Agreement and have same legal effect with this Agreement. Party A has prepared for purpose of business operations various rules and systems including non-disclosure agreement, reward and punishment system, attendance and absence management system, financial management system, and purchase and contract management system. If Party B is found in breach of any of such rules, regulations and systems of Party A, Party A is entitled to deal with such breach according to its rules, regulations and systems, including terminating this Agreement. 7.2 Party B may not use the position and powers conferred by Party A for personal gains or bribery or, without consent of Party A, provide the business of Party A to any third party to which Party B has personal or financial connection.

The Employee must be present at the time specified and in the place designated for his work, ready to start the job, and he must be in his place of work throughout the working hours, in accordance with the work arrangement and according to the prescribed procedures. 3.2. Where an Employee is late for his work or is absent from work, apart from absences that are recognized and approved, part of his salary will be deducted in proportion to the duration of the delay or the absence. 3.3. Changing clothes and bathing will be done outside of work hours. 3.4. An Employee will be entitled to leave his workplace only with permission of the head of the department. 3.5. If the Employee is forced to be absent from work because of an important and unexpected reason that is accepted by both parties, he must notify the management of this in advance, but if this is not possible – within 24 hours. 3.6. If, for a reason such as mentioned above, an Employee is forced to be absent from his work for a number of days, he is required to inform the management in advance of the date of his return to work and he must receive its approval. 3.7. Any Employee who is absent from work because of illness must furnish a certificate from a recognized doctor upon his return to work. 3.8. Any Employee who is absent from work because of illness for at least one month must give a 3 days advance notice regarding the date of his return to work. An Employee who is absent for at least two months must give a notice of one week in advance of the date of his return to work. 3.9. Every Employee is required to comply with the instructions relating to his work that are given by the manager who is in charge of him, and to ensure that his performance is according to the accepted procedures. An Employee is entitled to appeal through the Workers’ Union and outside working hours to the management, if he believes that the instructions were unjustified. 3.10.1. The Employee is required to perform any work that is assigned to him as part of his position by the management or by the manager who is in charge of him. 3.10.2. The management is entitled to transfer Employees from one work station or department to another, to equal or mostly similar to their regular work, in accordance with the work requirements, as the management deems fit.
