Joint Committee Procedure. (1) The Union will be provided an opportunity to attend the Clause 28.3(c) “joint on-site” which results in the Employer issuing a detailed classification rationale through application of the PSJEP based on information obtained during the joint on-site review. The job description of record and the organization chart will accompany the rationale.

  • Committee Procedures The following procedures shall apply to the Management Committee:

  • Procedures of the Joint Committee 1. For the proper implementation of this Agreement, the Joint Committee shall meet at an appropriate level whenever necessary upon request but at least once a year. Either Party may request a meeting be held.

Joint Labor/Management Committees are established to provide a forum for communications and problem-solving between the two parties and to deal with matters of a general personnel Union/Employer concern, as well as professional practices within the hospital related to patient care and professional issues.
